Clients, consent, and shared data
Screening results from an invite are yours to review once submitted. Longitudinal mood and AI features require explicit patient consent.
How it works
Understand two flows
Screening invite: one-off questionnaire completion. Data-sharing consent: ongoing access to assessments, mood, and AI analysis on My Clients.
Send a consent request
From a patient record, invite them to share data. They accept, reject, or revoke at any time — you see status clearly in the consent list.
Open the patient detail view
After consent: Overview, assessments history, mood charts (if mood_data scope granted), private notes, and AI analysis tabs.
Respect revocation
If a patient revokes consent, longitudinal shared views stop immediately. Completed screening PDFs you already exported remain in your local records.
Typical consent scopes
- Assessment history and scores
- Mood check-in trends
- AI clinical support summaries
