Send and manage screening invitations
Create secure invite links so patients complete validated questionnaires before or between sessions — without manual scoring.
How it works
Open Invitations
In your professional workspace, open Invitations. Choose the instrument (PHQ-9, GAD-7, WSAS, ISI, or ASRS) and create a new invite.
Share the link or send email
Copy the preview link or send an optional email. Patients open the link you share — no account required to start.
Track status
Filter Active, Completed, and Archived invites. Search and pin frequent patients for faster access.
Review results and export PDF
When complete, open scores, severity bands, and question-level detail. Download PDFs for your records or Anordnung documentation.

Invite vs consent
A screening invitation lets a patient complete one questionnaire. Ongoing access to mood data and AI analysis requires a separate data-sharing consent — see the clients and consent guide.
