Understand your Mental Health Score
The MHS is a single 0–1000 indicator on your dashboard. Higher scores reflect better overall wellness — a guide, not a clinical diagnosis.
How it works
Complete at least one screening
PHQ-9, GAD-7, WSAS, and related scores provide the clinical baseline for your MHS calculation.
Log mood regularly
Daily check-ins add the “between visits” layer — energy, stress, sleep, and mood smooth out single-day noise.
Watch the score update
After enough entries, your MHS appears and trends over time. Compare to your previous score to see direction of change.
Use it in conversations
Share trends with your GP or therapist alongside PDF reports — especially helpful for Anordnung-style care pathways in Switzerland.
When you combine your screening results with daily mood check-ins, your Mental Health Score updates automatically.

Your wellness at a glance
The Mental Health Score (MHS) is a single 0–1000 indicator of your overall wellness. It appears on your dashboard once you have enough data.
- •Combines your latest depression (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7), and function (WSAS) assessment results
- •Includes your daily mood check-ins: mood, energy, stress, and sleep
- •Higher scores mean better wellness. The grey mark on the gauge shows a target of 900+ points
The exact calculation uses the One Mental Hub formula, designed to reflect your holistic mental health.
The MHS is a personal wellness indicator, not a diagnosis.
